Show 1/0 CALIFORNIA DEFENDANTS Exhibit No....2.35. IdentificationMAY.1.0.1957 Admitted Mil Location Certificate of Canal and Water Right. To all whom these presents may concern. Know ye, that I, C. R. Rockwood, of the County of San Diego, in the State of California, do hereby publish and declare as a legal notice to all the world, that I have a valid right to the occupation, possession and enjoyment of all and singular, that tract or parcel of land lying and being on the North-West bank of the Colorado River in San Diego, County, State of California, and which is more particularly shown and described as follows: A parcel or tract of land on the North-West Bank of the Colorado River in fractional Section Thirty-six (36) in Township Fifteen (15) South, Range Twenty-three (23) East, San Bernardino Base and Meridian: as the heading of a canal which will tap the Colorado River on said tract of land, at a point indicated by a copy of this notice, which is thereon posted. The course of said canal will be in a westerly direction and its purpose is to carry water for the reclamation and irrigation of lands in San Diego County, State of California. I also claim 500,000 miners inches of the water of the said Colorado River, to be taken from the said River on the tract of land above described, and at the point above indicated, and to be conveyed by said Canal, with the exclusive right of way for said Canal; together |
