Further Information In this third page of a letter to George B. Sweazey, James Riach writes of Tom who is a student at the Salt Lake Collegiate Institute in Salt Lake City, Utah. Mr. Riach believes Tom is solely responsible for the trouble he has gotten himself into, and thanks Mr. Sweazey for past favors shown.
