Kindly destroy at once the white blanks now in use, so that there may be no possibility of their being used in the future. <br><br> You will note by reading "General Instructions" carefully, that an account for the one-half month to March 15th should be in our hands not later than the 25th, and further, that the account next following will cover one and one-half months to April 30th. <br><br> Yours very truly, <br><br> Robert M.
