Further Information |
In this letter to George Sweazey, Harriet Elliott asks about railroad fares for going to Des Moines, Iowa. She tells of how Mr. Caskey had given her a card from Mr. Benton when she had taken the train with a 10-year-old girl, and how the card allowed passage for the girl so that a ticket was not necessary. Ms. Elliott then writes how she is taking her niece with her. |
