SEITZ, the witness on the stand at the time of taking a recess, re-sumed the stand and was examined and testified as follows: DIRECT EXAMINATION ( Resumed) By Mr. Blackmar: Q Mr. Seitz, you spoke of a flat bottom boat which you had which was 10 by 30? A Yes, sir. Q About how much draft did that best have? A Eight to ten inches loaded. Q Was it an open boat? A It was an open boat. I put a framework on it and put two nine by nine- tenths boards on there. Q Where did you find that boat? A The boat was beached near the bridge there at Moab.
