We moved it or made two moves, I believe, and on the night of the second move the boat sprung a leak and sank. Q Did this boat have a name? A No. We had not gotten that far. Q Well, from then on down to the junction of the Green River, did you continue your survey? A Yes, sir. Q And you still had with you these rowboats? A Had the two rowboats, yes. Q Did you make any observations in that stretch of the river, with reference to the channel, sand bars, or any-thing of that character? A None other than when we were pulling in shore and leaving shore. Q While you were on this surveying expedition down there, was it necessary for you to get any supplies from any source?
