Show 5989 sarily carries with it the admission that those rivers are not of value for use, or susceptible of being used, in carry-ing trade are commerce between these two States. Now, that there is a long lake up there where it might be navigable, and that the Colorado River runs through, in some such way as the stream ran through Mud Lake in Wisconsin, so as to make it navigable water. I do not know anything about that. It is not in the case. We are not making any contention in that matter and could not possibly do so. The Special Master. Well, why do you not for the pur-poses of the case admit it is navigable? That does not neces-arily conclude anybody outside of this case. Why not remove that issue from this case? Mr. Farnsworth.
