Research The Bureau of Economic Research and High Altitude Observatory of the University of Colorado and the Engineering Research Division of Colorado State University are engaged in a research project dealing with "Past and Probable Future Variations in Stream Flow in the Upper Colorado River." On July 20, 1961 the Engineering Committee met with Dr. Morris Garnsey and other personnel conducting the research program to receive an oral report and discussion on the work and results. The written report of the group will be completed in October, 1961. This research project is not a part of the normal operations of the Commission. Financing of the work was underwritten by the State of Colorado with the other States contributing funds, within the limits of their resources in the same proportions as they finance the Commission's regular budget.
