Show - 24- GT: Um hum. Anybody ever come and talk to you about the design of these homes before they built them? MC: Well, they talk about the designs of the homes but they built it differently. GT: Then they talked to you about? MC: Yes. GT: I've heard that complaint on a lot of Indian reservations. MC: That's what they done. GT: It's a pretty common practice I think. It seems to me that this might not be the most efficient style of home for this particular area. MC: ( can't hear) GT: Um hum. Now, does the community council have a maintenance budget for the homes? MC: Yes ( can't hear). GT: Does it come from BIA? MC: ( can't hear) GT: Um hum. And do they send- do they have a maintenance crew that goes around and works on them? MC: ( can't hear) GT: Do you see employment as a problem here, Mr. Cantsee? MC: No. GT: It's pretty good now, huh? MC: ( can't hear) GT: All the people that want to work, can they find jobs? |
