GT: Do you have a hard time getting them to recognize your problems here? MC: Real hard time. GT: What about the government, do you have to fight the government pretty hard to get them to become aware of you? MC: They won't listen. GT: They won't listen to you. Who's the superintendent over there now? MC: ( can't hear) GT: I'm sorry, say that again. MC: Joe Otero. GT: Joe Otero. Does he come over here very often? MC: Oh, not very often. GT: Not very often. Are you also a member of the community council? MC: I think I am. GT: ( laughter) MC: Yeah. GT: Now, is that a one year appointment too? MC: Yah, I have a one year appointment. |
