Show - 19- MC: I don't know, but they registered. GT: They did? For World War II? What would they do, come and register the males over 18 or so? MC: Yah. GT: Where did they come from? Did they come from Blanding? Or did they come from Salt Lake or . . . MC: I don't know where they come from. GT: But as far as you know, nobody here served in World War II? MC: ( can't hear) GT: Were there- do you remember what their names were? M C : ? Dutchie, ? , Nolan May, that's all I know. GT: Did they go to Europe, did some of them go over to Europe? MC: Some of them went to Japan, Germany ( is that Europe)? GT: That's part of Europe, Germany. So they went to both the Pacific theater and the European theater? Was anybody killed in World War II? MC: ( can't hear) GT: Not that you knew of. Most of them gone three or four years? MC: ( can't hear) GT: Did it change them much while they were gone, do you think? Did they seem like they were different when they came back? MC: Yah, for a while. GT: So they had to get adjusted back? What about the Korean War? Did anybody here serve in the Korean War?
