West- East Channel Pipeline Since the reservoir and canal are already established, there was no expressed concern about further developments in this area. 3. ii. A Flora Consultants note that wild asparagus and a few other plants which grow everywhere along ditches and canals are found here, but there is no concern about disturbance to the flora ( Appendix A. 5.1). 3. E Sites of Spiritual Significance There is some concern about the possibility of a few isolated grave sites located along the path of the proposed West- East Channel Pipeline ( Appendix E. l). 3. U. F Other Considerations None noted. 3. Hi Big Sand Reservoir and Pipeline. Mountain Home Pipelines Except for its use as a watering place by deer, there is little expressed concern for developments around the Big Sand Wash Reservoir or the building of the Big Sand Wash Feeder Pipeline or pipelines west of Mountain Home. The major question raised has to do with whether or not the Northern Utes will derive any benefit from these developments. 3. Hi. A Flora None mentioned. 3. Hi.
