A comprehensive catalog was prepared with a cover portrait of tbe artist; a brief biogrdphy of his life and work; and d bibliogrdpby of g a II eries where bis work WLZS bzlng. The catalog showed LZ cross-section of bis work from his first ozltdoor p&t- ing in 1880 to bis last Sdlon pdinting in 1940, and included stib- ject, d&e, drzd from whom the picture was loaned. Art galleries, schools, institutions, and friends sent pdintings to the exhibit.
