DIRECTOR 307 WEST 2ND SOUTH SALT LAKE CITY• UTAH 84tOt TELEPHONE BOt 1533-5755 2."2..Sb Dear Gladys: I was pleased to receive the nomination form for the Milford Union Pacific Depot and to learn that plans are underway to acquire and use the building • . In addition to the information provided it would be very useful to have the newspaper articles published at the time of complet ion of the Depot. I am presuming that the Mi lford paper was being published in 1923. Also any other accounts and interviews with people who were present when the Depot was completed. We are anxious to proceed with the nomina·tion and feel we need · more information. It would be very helpful if your contact in Omaha would get additional information. Phil Notarianni and I will be in Milford the 20th or 21st of this month and we will stop by to take photographs and meet with you about the nomination. I'll give you a call as our plans become more definite. Best wishes, Kent Powe 11 Preservation Research Coordinator KP:br State History Board: Milton C. Abrams. Chairman • Theron H. luke • DeliO G.
