This one ( indicating); the water was higher in the taking of the second picture. " BY THE SPECIAL MASTER: " Q. Doesn't look much different to me. Are you sure these are two separate pictures? " A. Yes, two separate pictures." R. 1965. Exhibit No. 238 again shows rapid No. 13; a man going out on a rock on a rope, and another man on the rock. Exhibit No. 239 show the other boat in shore, and two men out on the rock; the same rapid No. 13. Exhibit No. 240 shows the same thing, with a man in the water, going over on the rope; the man in the water is either Kane or McDonald. Exhibit No. 241 shows the men who were in the boat when it went down, dressed in their customary equipment. R. 1966.
