Gabbard, being first duly sworn deposes and says that the within and foregoing is a true copy of a notice posted this 22nd day of May A.D., 1916, upon a post, on the South side of the Gila River, s et in a point of loose rock, 20 feet northerly from easterly end of Pinal Mutual Irrigation Company's cut, and 32 feet westerly from a large cottonwood tree on bank of Gila River.
