Show be the same as was paid Mr. Caskey- $1400- per annum.

I remember meeting you pleasantly when here three years ago. I am delighted with what the Trustees of the Presbytery of Utah and your former associates say of you, the only serious fault I could ever find with you was your stealing away from us of our Miss Furry. But "all's well that ends well" in deed I am now ready to "approve the act".

If you leave no railroad secure you secluded rails will you kindly write Miss SF. Lincoln 156 Fifth av. New York City, who will, in my absence, look at the matter. You and I take it for granted. You will accept the appointment-this because of certain assumptions given by Mr. Caskey.

It now remains for us to most formally welcome you to our work and may God's blessing upon you.

Very Sincerely
Geo. F. McAfee
Supt. Sch. Work.
Bd. Of Home Missions

|
