Show [Wish]ards are in the air too. There is a possibility that they will yet go to California to live. We shall have a better idea of what is before us in a few days. It is not beyond the range of possibility that there may be a place for you in the Octagon, either with us or without us. We shall have your interests on our minds developments. We shall have your interests on our minds and notify you of anything that comes up in that line. I wish you were going to be here for the teachers' convention. I enclose program. <br><br> In closing let me say that I hope the burdens of the principalship of the Collegiate will not appall you. While the responsibilities are heavy and the duties numerous, the position is delightful and the work gratifying. After you get hold of the ropes and into the way of things you will not find it so hard. You can count on me for information, advice and help so long as I am within reach.
