About the Authors Mark Glick is a professor of economics and adjunct professor of law at the University of Utah, specializing in antitrust. He received his Ph.D. in Economics from the New School for Social Research in 1985 and his J.D. from Columbia University in 1990. David Mangum is the head of the Antitrust Practice Group at Parsons Behle and Latimer, the largest private law firm in the state. He received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Utah, magna cum laude, in 1980 and his JD.from Brigham Young University in 1983, where he was Order of the Coif and Articles Editor for the law review.
