Show Gonorrhea (Cases in 1993 in Utah = 185) National and local gonorrhea rates have declined significantly since 1988. The Utah:U.S. ratio suggests that Utah's incidence rate is approximately 10% of the United States' rate. Gender specific gonorrhea rates show a slightly higher morbidity in males than in females.
