Rolfs, Jr. received his M.D. in 1980 from Northwestern University Medical School and is currently in the University of Washington's Extended MPH degree program. He is currently the Acting Director of the Office of Public Health Data and Bureau of Surveillance and Analysis, Utah Department of Health. Wu Xu received her MA. in Law (International Relations) from Tianjin Norrmal University in China in 1983 and her Ph.D. in Sociology-Demography from Utah State University in 1995.
