From Centropus sinensis Steph., probably from the alimentary canal. LINGUATULID^E. POROCEPHALUS MONILIFORMIS (Diesing). Synonym. Pentastoma moniliforme Diesing Denk. Ak. Wien, xii. 1856. Three specimens of this common parasite were taken from the lungs of a Python reticidatus Schneid., at Biserat; and six or seven specimens, varying a good deal in size, from another Python of the same species at Tremangan. |
