Show ADMINISTRATORS PARRY D. SORENSON, Director of Public Relations These are the men and women with their fingers in almost every university pie. Many sit as members of the faculty or deans councils, as well as directing departments and people. The deans of students and women and the graduate manager guide the student body as a whole and the councils and committees and senate within it. The summer school, the Extension Division, the Placement Bureau, the Utah Humanities Research Foundation, the Institute of Industrial Relations, the Alumni Association, the Development Fund, the Audio Visual Bureau, and scientific research on campus are directly or generally supervised by these men. Others manage The University Press, all departmental purchases, Kingsbury Hall, Union Building, library, art museum, bookstore. Executive offices spread through the Park Building first and second floors, flow over into adjoining circle buildings, and into the new Buildings and Grounds plant. No one can say that these deans and directors have their feet on the desk; for, with multiplied duties and a far-reaching campus, it is sometimes difficult to even find them.
