Greene, and r- William Wall, with their associates and successors, are >c hereby constituted a body corporate and politic, for the April, 1855, subject 'to the revision ofthe Legislature at any time, with the exclusive right of making a good Utah county) from the mouth ot Provo Kanyon, in, the main travelled road from the United States to Great Salt Lake City, near Black's Fork, ia Green Rtver ia county, Utah Territory, and keep tlie same in good re* pair, with the privilege of taking toll thereon; at such specified rates as shall be established by the aforesaid le and style of the Provo Kanyon Road Company, ami ; shall have power to elect such officers, make such laws t and regulations as shall by the company be deemed . necessary to accelerate and complete said road herein con emp.a e , accor ing o ie provisi n.s o us ac , the first day of April, 1865, which laws shall be valid in all courts having jurisdiction thereof in this Territory. Sec. 3. Said company shall give bonds to the peo--™ ritory of Utah, in the P mditioned for the faithful c all persona for any damage tha neglect, which bonds shall be accepted by and fileU with the probate judge of Utah county.
