Description business of the company, not reducing the capital stock while they have outstanding liabilities, as they shall ' deem expedient. â- ,.'.- .... Sec. 5. The persons named in the first section of to open boobs for the subscription to the capital stock of said company, at .such, times arid places as. they may deem proper; and the said company, are authorized to slod Sirs of said1 stock!1 Sec. 6. The president and directors of said company shall have power, at anv of their meetings, to require the payment of the capital stock of said company, to 3I stallments as may be required, and the time when the same shall be paid, in some newspaper of general circulation in that county, or public verbal notice, at any public meeting wherein there shall be a large share of the inhabitants of said county. And if any stockholder F shall fail to pay up said installments as shall be requir- u ed by the president and directors as aforesaid, the directors shall have power either to institute suits against said stockholder in any court having jurisdiction, to recover such installments, and shall have execution thereof, or to sell such share or-shares as shall be de-, linquent at public auction to the highest, bidder, after' giving thirty days notice in the same manner as prescribed above; and such stockholder shall be liable for deducting the proceeds of such sale.
