Description 50 ' â-  the time of adjournment, the Governor shall have'power to dissolve the session by proclamation. fl â- ~hi ^u~y section x. No person shall, while holding any lucrative office under the "Cnited States, or this State, execute the office of Governor, except as shall be prescribed bylaw. , ' . ','â- â- â- â- â€¢ SECTION XI. The Governor shall have power to grant reprieves and pardons, and commute punishments after conviction; except in cases of impeachment. SECTION XII.
