Description Sec. 12. The. brands now recorded, and hereafter to be recorded, shall be arranged for distribution to the ) slmll be ciassed together, distinguishing at the head of each list, the name of the county in which they belong. Sec. 13. The pound keepers in their respective counties, shall gather up all estrays therein, and after complying with the requirements of this act in relation to seeking diligently for the owner, shall take a true Jj description of, and value each estray remaining in his v quired, devote alt such estrays or (he proceeds arising from the saies thereof to the benefit of the Emigrating Fund, the company of which shall pay over the appraised value of such estrays to the owner of said estrays it' found after deducting all expenses and rea- visions of this act, shall be liable to a penalty of not * Sec. 15. That the general recorder shall gratuitously furnish ea;h probate judge, county clerk, sheriff, this Territory, with 'a printed copy of all ihe marks and a brands already recorded and printed, and a copy of all are printed; and all said copies shall be delivered to the successors in office of the above named officers, and be free to tlie inspection of any person wishing it. Sec. 16. All acts and parts of acts hereiofore passed A Provided, marks and brands heretofore recorded shall P" Sec. 17.
