Description the State of Deseret:r That it,shall not be lawful for any person or persons in this State,- to establish any distillery or distilleries for the manufacture of ardent spirits, thereof, shall forfeit all property thua invested to the Sec. 2. Be it- further ordained: That when the Governor shall deem it expedient to have ardent spirits y manufactured within this State, he may grant a license Approved F^b. 12, 1851. CHAPTER XXI. Sec. 1. Be it ordained by the General Ass:mbly of the State of Deseret: That any person residing within support, shall be deemed a vagrant. shall be 'the duty of such justice forthwith to issue a Sec. 3. Be it further ordained, that upon the return of such warrant, with the defendant therein named, in fendant, when he shall be required to answer the same
