Be it resolved by the Governor and Legislative Assembly o/LegislatiVf the Territory of Utah, That the next annual session of thesembiy wk# Legislative Assembly shall meet on the second Monday*0 meet of December, A. D., 1852, at the Territorial House, in Great Salt. Lake City, at 10 o'clock, a. m. Approved, March 3, 1852. RESOLUTION IN RELATION TO DISTRIBUTING CONSTITUTION, &c. Be it resolved by the Governor and Legislative Assembly ofGortYnor & the Territory of Utah, That the Governor, Secretary,have 5 copies Judge of the district court, United States Marshall, Unitedtulif"" States district attorney, and each member of both housesJus of the Legislative Assembly and the officers thereof, be allowed five copies of the Constitution, Organic Act, &c, just published; and that the Secretary of the Territory be instructed to forward one copy of each to each officer of this Territory in their respective counties. Approved, January 30, 1852. RESOLUTION IN RELATION TO THE DISTRIBUTION OF THE LAWS AND JOURNALS OE THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY. Resolved by the Governor and Legislative Assembly of thef^ Territory of Utah, That the Secretary of the Territory furnish the Governor of each State and Territory of the United States with one copy of the laws, passed by this Legislative Assembly, and also with one copy of the journals of the same. Also that he furnish the Governor of Utah TerritorjGov* with one hundred copies of each. 14
