Description 160 Sec. 79. All acts, heretofore passed, not compatible with the provisions herein contained, are hereby repealed. Approved, Feb. 5, 1852. AK ACT IN RELATION TO THE INSPECTION OP SPIRITUOUS LIQUORS. Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the Governor and Legislative Assembly of the Territory of Utah, That there shall be, and hereby is created the office of a Territorial Inspector of spirituous liquors. Sec. 2.
