Description 209 brought before them shall be the end of all controversy in the matter. A majority of said Select men shall constitute a quorum to do business: Provided, That no thing Pkwh>. herein contained shall be so construed as to vest in said council any judicial power of said Territory. Approved March 6, 1852. RESOLUTION FOR AN ORDER OF FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR INCIDENTAL EXPENSES OF THIS ASSEMBLY. Resolved, by ike Governor and Legislative Assembly of lm^bt Territory of Utah, That an order be drawn on the 8ecreta-pens<*. ry of the Territory for the sum of live hundred dollars, to be appropriated to defray the incidental expenses of the present Legislative Assembly of Utah, as provided in the eleventh section of the ace of Congress, approved {September 9, 1850, organizing the Territory of Utah, Approved Sept. 24 1851. JOINT RESOLUTION IN -RELATION TO THE PUBLIC FUNDS.
