Description 206 ^ie same *s hereby appropriated out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated to be paid in premiums, for the promotion or domestic manufactures under the direction of the Governor and committee aforesaid. Resolved, That so much of the revenue laws passed ex~ renewed lafj^empting certain articles of merchandize from taxation, be, and the same is hereby repealed. Certain articles Resolved, That articles of domestic manufacture be re-ta*e«ved f°r ceived from the manufacturer in payment of taxes at a fair and minimum price to be iixed by the Assessor and Collector. ~ Resolved. That we pledge ourselves most unequivocally. To encourage .
