We, the undersigned, sworn interpreters, do hereby oertify that tbe agreement suh-mitted by certain chiafn and headmen of the confederated bands of Ute Indians in Colorado, then in Washingtou, to the Seorecary of the Interior, on the 6th day of- March, A. D. 1880, with the amendments made thereto by the act of Coogrers ap-proved June 15, A. D. 1880, together with the provisions of said ilot of Congrers and the foregoing ins t r~nl rnto f rat,itication of the same, which was signed by the Uncom-pahgre bands and certain White River Indiana on the 29th, 30th, and 31st days of July, A. D. lr80, were each and all submitted in open oonneil to the several bauds of Ute Indians in Colorado who receive t,heir rations and ennuitien s t the Southern Ute Ageucy on the 20th day of Augost, 1880, by George W. Meoypeony, Jobu B. Bowman, Jobn J. Xusaell, and Otto blears, members of the Ute Commission, and were fully in-terpreted and explai~edb y us to ssid bands of Indiana; that the several proviaionsot said agreement aod said act of Congrr*is weredieoossed by said oommi~sioners and said Iodiaosin open couuoii on the 23d and 26th days of Augnat, A.
