To the Board of Regents, University of Utah. In response to that request I respectfully present this report. I am sending a copy to each member of the Boerd in order that it may be examined before its presentation at 'the next meeting on September 14th. The various funds are listeé end retorted hereeith: JAEES KCGREGOB UKIVEBtITY OF BTAH EfiDOhfiEET FUND This is a fund of $50,000.00 bequeathed to the United Stetes Trust Company of Terre Route, as Trustee. The terms of the trust are as follows: "I give and bequeath to finited 8t tee Truet Company of Terre Heute, es Trustee, upon the trusts hereinafter expressed, set forth and declared, thty Thousand Dollars.
