Show 6959 Chaffin- D 4947 you got it more definite. MR. FARNSWORTH: All right, I will describe a boat, then. MR. BLACKMAR: I still insist on my objection. THE SPECIAL MASTER: I will overrule the objection, if the question is limited. I think the witness is quali-fied to answer. MR. BLACKMAR: He has not shown hos qualifica-tions. THE SPECIAL MASTER: Why not? MR. BLACKMAR: He just said he had operated power boats in Utah, Oregon and California. We don't know what kind of boats. Might have been the Undine or the City of Moab. THE SPECIAL MASTER: I think if he had been on those, It would be quite helpful to know whether the Unine or the City of Moab could go up. I think the witness is qualified to answer, if the question is properly limited. I will say also, because these objections come from both sides, you put on Mr. Lint and Mr. Farnsworth's objection. |
