COLVILLE REHERVATION, WASUIXGTON. Spokane Falk and Nortliern Railway.-The act of Nay 8,1890 [26 ' . Stilt., 102, and page 385 of this report], grants right of way from a point . . Railway.-The act of Congress ap. . proved June 21,1890 [26 Stat., 170, and page389 of this report], grants right of way from a point on the south line of the State of Kansas, in Cherokee County, by the most practicable route throng11 these Terri-tories to a ~ o i n to n the west line of Oklahoma Territory, at or near Quthrie and Kingfisher or Lisbon. I have no informatioo that the com-pany has as Set complied with the conditions imposea by the act. Eansas City and Paoi$o Railway.-The act approved March 28,1890 [26 Stat., 32, ancl page 371 of this reportJ, extended the provisions of the act of May 4.1888 (26 Stats., p. 140), which granted the right of way through the Indian Territory for this railway, so that the company has until May 14, 1892, to lay the first one hundred miles, and two Sears more for the remainder. Pittsburgh, Columbus and Fort #?nitW RaiZtcay.-The act of June 30, 1890 [26 Stat., 184, and page 391 of this report], grants right of way from a point on the south line of Eansas, in Cherokee wunty, through the Indian Territory by nay of a point at or near Afton and Tahlequah, to a point on the Arkansas River near Fort Smith, Arkansas.
