Now if the Purity of Doctrine, wodhip, and Government be righteous priviledges of all the Churches in the Common-wealth, fmely Magi!\ rates doe not well deferve all their wages, that fuf· fer the Churchestobe bereaved, and difpoyled of their fpiricu· all priviledges., which is the greatefi and bell part of their Birth· right. . .
