The process is a continuous one of building, planning, wondns, buildin91 each interconnected and lnrerdependent , BUILDING alone cannot make a successful program, and all the greatest PlANS ore of no avail unless the members WORK to put them into action. Before the WORK can be undertaken, however, the CLUB must BUILD and PLAN. TI1e SUCCESSFUL CLUB begins to BUILD a steady membership, a committed membership. Interest and enthusiasm are deve loped. The members BUILD the ir resources and know-how. They BUILD together in an ever-growing spirit of cooperation which inspires others in the community to lend their cooperation. The good wi II thus created BUI LDS a sound basis for good community relations. TOGEl' :ER the members begin to PIAN. Surveys and investigations are made. Research is undertaken.
