Show IIL_R_E_P_O_R_T_O_F_B_Y_-_L_A_W_S_C_H_A_IR_M_A_N REPORT __ During the past two years, 24 clubs have revised th.eit by-laws to correspond with the State by-laws. Getting by-laws whipped into shape has been a tedious job for all concerned and I appreciate the help and support I have had in my endeavor for each club to have up-to date by-laws. Brigham City Business and Professional Women's Club started its year with a summer picnic. New officers were in charge of this affair. Special guests were our State Dairy Princess and Box Elder Dairy Princess. One new clu b has been chartered and of course, its by laws were approved before the charter was granted. One change has been suggested for the State By-laws and each club has been notified of the proposed change. This will be voted on at the State Convention in Ogden. Being By-laws Chairman has been challenging and a time consuming job but I have enjoyed the work and it has been a rewarding experience in working with our State President and in meeting other state officers and chairmen. Everyone has been most cooperative with me and my requests and without your support, the by law changes could not have been accomplished.
