Other states per1nit alternative s and the committee will review their experience to e·stablish regulations . Utah soils vary and it is difficult to estaolish a single number to qp~ly to all areas. Composed of the mayors of each of the county's l l municipalit ies, the thr·ee County Contni ss ioners, and Sydney Fonnsbeck of tne Sa 1t Lake City Council , this committee hopes to comp 1ete ·; ts de 1i bera ti ons by June. · In view of the ever-growing controversy and new information about CUP, a review by COG seerns appropriate . Disapµointi ngly, West Valley major and COG chairman, Gerald Maloney, recently stated in the Salt Lake Tribune tuat public participatio n in trtis information -gathering effort will oe limited .. Issues pertaining to community physical growth and development · rncludrng land use, housing, pdrks and recreation, footnill aeve1opment, puolic facilities, aud traffic and circulation are addressed in the plan. The plan will recommend implementat ion proyrams to guide future community ~rowth and development ..
