Show MEETING OF THE BOARD 09 REGENIS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF UTAH HELD JUNE 11, 1929. Minutes of the meeting of the Board of Regents of the University of Utah, held June 11, 1929, at 10:30 a. m. in the Regents-Room, University of Utah. There were present; Chairmen Snow, Regents Christensen, Robinson, Gelligen, Welling, Carlson, Shields, Wherry, Aird and President Thomas. Regents Carver and Roeenbaum were excused. Mrs. Aird qualified by filing bond end oath of office. (See and of minutes for bond) The following report of the Finance Committee was presented and on motion of Regent Shteldx the report was approved and the bille ordered paid: . Board of Regents, University of Utah. Ladies and Gentlemen: Your Finance Committee begs leave to report as follows:We have examined the Vouchers Roe. 7:4L7 to 72540, inclusive; " - also Nos, 72085 to 73090; also Nos. 72339 to 72416; inclusive all drawn for May 1929 accounts, amohnting to $87,482.93, and find them supported by preper bills, the receipt of goods duly checxeo by heads of departments and their correctnes; certified to by the secretary and approved by the President, and we recommend that they be apprm'ed for payment. |
