I There were present: Chairman Snow, Regents Christensen, Crockétt, Robinson, cone, Shields, EcCarthy, and Dr. Thomas. After cansidcrablc discusaicn, upon.mction of Regent Crockett, the whale mattcr was refmrred to the Building Committee with power to act, to cmplcy an architect cud to settle with the fire adjusters and to make all arrangements ncccssary for rcconatruction and for the ccaustment of the fire insurance; Inc Board than rccesccd ané the Cocaittee on Buildings went into sesaion and cansidered the matter of the petition of Architects, Andercon and Young, fcr an additicnal fee and decided inasmuch as 7the Board was in cession, to refer the matter to the Board as a whole. The Board then reconvened an& the Committee on Buildings re~ pcrtefl that they baa conciccred the petition of Hessrs Anderson and Scans, Architects on Kingsbury Hall, asking that on account of the division of the contract into two parts, they be allowed an additional 1% as architect's fees. The Committee reported that this would add tram $2,500 to $2,500 to the fees of the architects, and recommended |
