Show ' :wrj-H 7* l6 Chairman Snom stated that it was necessary that the Board should elect the Executive Committee and he suggested that the same committee that had been acting during the past two years be appointed, with the substitution of the name of Regent Shields for Regent Hanchett, resigned. Upon the motion of Regent Christensen, elected members of the Executive Committee: the following were Regents Carlson, Shields, Crockett, Galligan and Snow. The chairman stated that unless the members had any speci-ial preference or desire to change their committees, ‘reappoint all the committees as they now existed, that he would substituting the name of Regent Goff for the name of Regent Rolapp on each committee orlwhich Regent Rolapp had served during his membership on the :Board, and the name of Regent Shields for the name of Regent Hanchett on the committees on which the latter had served. Regent Christensen asked that Regent Wade be added to they Committee on Buildings, On motion, to which the Chairman assented. the above appointments were all approved. Regent Galligan stated that Miss Helen Wixcey was about to ,rigbe married. w- T -. He stated that she had called upon Dr. Thomas but he Z1_was not in the City and she desired him to present to the Board her .l- ma resignation as Instructor in the University of Utah.
