There were present: chairman Snow, Regents Carver, - Robinson, Shields, Galligan and Thomas. Regent wade was excused. The Chairman not having arrived, on motion of Regent xCfirver, Regentl Galligan was appointed Chairman pro tem. The following report of the Finance Committee was presented and on motion of Regent Carver the bills were approved and ordered paid: Board of Regents, fihiversity of Utah. 3 Ladies and Gentlemenz~ Your Finance Committee begs leave to report as follows: a we have examined the vouchers Nos. 7114? to 71154, 3V" also 71453 to 71583, amounting to $13,586. 22 and find them ' supported by preper bills, the receipt of goods duly checked 5‘ by heads of departments, and their correctness certified to by the Secretary and approved by the President, and we recommend ' that they be approved for payment.
