Richard Hart, August 23, 1973, at Zuni. Nasheboo, Nathaniel Interview by E. Richard Hart, transcript of an interview carried out June 4, 1973 at Zuni, New Mexico, pp. 12-14 (this and the previous interview provide additional evidence that tribal members have long believed that a legal easement to and from Kolhu/wala:wa should be provided to the tribe). Tedlock, Barbara, n.d., op. cit., p. 28-29, comments, "This Zuni land of the dead includes many sacred springs, caves and hilltop shrines. However, it is currently considered by the U. "Rebuttal Report," (appendices #1 and #2); expert testimony submitted in behalf of the Zuni Indian Tribe, Zuni Indians of New Mexico v. The United States of America; U. S. Richard and Jon Barton "Primary Area of Original Zuni Land Use," 1974, was a map that identified Kolhu/wala:wa. Hart and Ferguson, op. cit. provide a map, appended here, that locates Kolhu/wala:wa and generalizes the sacred trail to it. Ladd, Edmund J.
