Show Results with Non Linear Objective - No Fixed Costs Figure 2.7 is the graph of drawdown versus total pumpage for the nonlinear objective function without fixed costs. The relationship shown in similar to the linear case. Figure 2.8 illustrates the drawdown partem & pump requirement for a rninimum drawdown of 11.828 m. All 22 wells are generally in operation, and the drawdown level is fairly uniform across the dewatered area. The solution is generally identical to that obtained for the case with the linear objective, with fewer active wells in some cases. Figure 2.9 depicts the drawdown pattern when a greater drawdown is required.
