Sweazey, <br> Collegiate Institute, <br> Salt Lake City, Utah. <br><br> My dear Mr. Sweazy:- <br><br> In response to your requisition bearing date of 20th inst. I take pleasure in enclosing herewith check to your order for $100.00, part of the special appropriation of $275.00 for improvements and repairs.
