Sweazey; <br> Salt Lake City, Utah <br><br> Dear Sir: <br><br> I received your letter telling me of your choice; also one from Dr. McAfee giving me official information of my appointment to the position there. He named $700 per annum as the salary, to be dated from Sept. 1st next. He also said my transportation would be paid to the field. On these terms I desire to accept the position and will look forward to a pleasant useful year with you there. <br><br> I sent you a photo some time ago and no doubt have received it.
