Sweazey, <br> Salt Lake City, Utah. <br><br> Dear Sir: <br><br> Through Mr. Clark of Chicago, I learned that you have a vacancy in the teaching force of the Salt Lake City Collegiate Institute. I finish college here this year and am looking for a position as a teacher. <br><br> Mr. Clark said that I would be expected to teach a combination of Greek and Natural Science. The latter is right in my line, but as for the Greek I have not studied it for three years, I could, if it is absolutely necessary review up on it and take a course in Summer School, and teach it. I would much rather teach Chemistry, History, or Literature. I have had two years of Chemistry and also extra work in it. <br><br> I am an Active member of the Y.M.C.A. of the College, and a member of the United Presbyterian church. Have been instructor in Gymnastics here in College the past year, was Asst. last year. Have played on the 1st College Foot Ball Team for the past two years, and a member of the College Track Team for the same length of time.
