Show REPORT OF AGENT IN UTAH. 217 ROUNDARY. The nusettled boundaries of the north and west lines of this rescr~ntions hould be wttled at once, for, as at present, it irr a constant source of turmoil and trouble. Stockmen, with their stook, constantly infringe upon the righta of the Indians under the plea that they don't know where the line in, and then our trooble and ehsgrin -commences, for we can not show it to them with any degree of satiefxtian either to them or ourselves. EDUCATIOK. The limitedopport!mity for an soqllaintanae with the school here sod at Sioemasho prevents me from correctly reporting ahst pmgress they have made, but I am oon-vinced that they have made some advancement but nnder vary adverae oiroum-stances. There is 5 great lack of accommodations. There is not soffioient room or proper protection from the inolemoncy of the weather. Both boys and girls are in .the roofs, the boy8 oTer t,he school room, the girls over the diningroom-a half story .with bare rafters, no ceiling, and covered with sawed lumber, whioh affords but slight-protection against rains, wiodn, 02 800WS in vri~ter, or bnrning heat in summer. 'The school-house at Sinsmasiro is a much better building; with some repsirs can be made quitecomforteble. But one-half of it is used for a atorege roam, and if I in- .crease the school, whioh I hope to do, I will have to have a new storage room. The mission work is under the United Presbyterian Chnreh with Rev. R. W. MoBride io chargo, who has handed me the following statistics of missionaryvrork: Females ....................................................... 1 Number of church oomm~~oicen.t.s. ............................. 79 Number of churoh buildings ..................................... 1 Contributions front the United Presbyterian Charoh of North America, ......................................................
